Amazing Family Holiday in Hurghada – Excellent Service from Treviango Holidays! We had an amazing family trip to Hurghada organized by Treviango Holidays, and everything was excellent from start to finish. We stayed at Pickalbatros Citadel Resort, which was absolutely beautiful. The hotel, rooms, food, facilities, and views were fantastic, and the whole family really enjoyed the stay. What impressed us most was the excellent customer service from Treviango Holidays. The team was always available, regularly following up with us throughout our holiday to make sure everything was going smoothly and that we were happy and comfortable. Everything was very well organized, making the whole trip easy and stress-free. A wonderful experience for our family, and we would definitely recommend Treviango Holidays to anyone planning a trip to Egypt. We will certainly book with them again!

Amazing Egypt Vacation

Ahmed is such a wonderful host. We spent 6 days in Egypt exploring 3 cities and I must commend him on how much he was dedicated in making sure we had an amazing time in each cities. From the airport pickup till the drop off, it was such an awesome adventure for us. Nothing was lacking or disappointing for us, we just enjoyed everything. Amazing guides paired with us in every city including drivers ? Our expectations were definitely met. I'd definitely recommend using Treviango Holidays and you'll not be disappointed. I wish to visit Egypt again soon because of this amazing first time experience, thanks to "Treviango Holidays" It was a vacation to remember ❤️

Un merveilleux séjour

Nous avons eu la chance de découvrir une petite partie de l’Égypte (Le Caire , Louxor, Hurghada) dans des conditions exceptionnelles grâce à Ahmed. Dès les premiers échanges, il a construit avec nous un voyage entièrement sur mesure pour notre groupe de 8 personnes, en tenant compte de l’âge de nos enfants, du rythme des déplacements, des distances entre les sites et bien sûr de notre budget. Du départ de Paris jusqu’à notre retour, Ahmed et son équipe ont assuré un accompagnement irréprochable à chaque étape. Dès notre arrivée à l’aéroport, tout était parfaitement organisé avec des guides francophones professionnels et attentionnés. Transferts, réservations des musées et des sites, restaurants, activités, vol en montgolfière à Louxor… chaque détail avait été anticipé avec sérieux et bienveillance. Ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est la qualité humaine du service. Nous n’avions pas l’impression de passer par une agence de voyage classique, mais plutôt d’être accompagnés par un ami de confiance, disponible et sincèrement investi pour que notre séjour soit parfait. Grâce à cette organisation, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de l’Égypte sans stress et sans jamais avoir à nous préoccuper de la logistique. C’est une façon extrêmement confortable et sereine de découvrir ce magnifique pays. Je recommande Ahmed sans la moindre hésitation. Il a placé le niveau d’exigence très haut et nous ferons de nouveau appel à lui avec grand plaisir pour un prochain voyage en Égypte.
